Order Taker / Sales Coordinator (Beverage Company)

About Us

Noval Beverages is a growing supplier of bottled drinking water (19L, 1.5L, and 500ml), serving restaurants, cafes, offices, and institutions. We are looking for a reliable and organized Order Taker to manage customer orders and support our sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders via phone, WhatsApp, or in person
• Maintain accurate records of daily orders
• Coordinate with delivery and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch
• Follow up with existing customers for repeat orders
• Handle customer inquiries and provide product information
• Assist in maintaining customer database and reports
