Overview:
Our client is a fast-growing, results-driven marketing agency based in Spain that partners with ambitious brands to drive growth through strategic, data-backed marketing initiatives. They are looking for a highly experienced Organic Marketing Strategist to lead organic growth initiatives across their clients portfolio.
This is a senior-level, strategic position focused on developing and executing comprehensive organic marketing strategies—from social media and content to search engine visibility.
You’ll work cross-functionally with content writers, designers, SEO experts, and social media managers to drive measurable growth in organic traffic, engagement, and conversions. You must be both strategic and hands-on, with a proven track record of scaling organic traffic in competitive industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement end-to-end organic marketing strategies tailored to each client, aligning with their business goals.
• Conduct in-depth audits of existing content, social media, and other organic efforts.
• Identify growth opportunities across platforms—Google Search, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok.
• Oversee the creation and execution of content calendars across all organic channels.
• Collaborate with writers, designers, and video creators to produce high-performing content.
• Monitor keyword trends, search intent, and algorithm updates to inform content decisions.
• Work closely with internal creative and technical teams to bring strategies to life.
• Define KPIs, track performance across channels, and report results to stakeholders.

Who You Are:

• 5+ years of experience in organic marketing, content strategy, and social media.
• Deep understanding of how organic search and social media algorithms work.
• Strong analytical skills—comfortable with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, and social platform insights.
• Proven ability to grow organic traffic significantly over time.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Agency experience is a strong plus.
