Organizational Development Supervisor

Job Purpose:

The OD Supervisor is responsible for supporting and executing organization development initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, workforce capability, and cultural alignment. The role focuses on implementing OD frameworks, managing change initiatives, supporting performance management systems, and driving continuous improvement in organizational structures, processes, and people development practices.


Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of organization development initiatives, including organizational design, job structures, and role alignment.
  • Maintain and update job descriptions, competency frameworks, and organizational documentation.
  • Coordinate and support performance management processes (goal setting, reviews, calibration cycles).
  • Assist with change management initiatives related to restructuring, process improvement, and workforce optimization.
  • Collect, analyze, and report OD-related data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Support culture and employee engagement initiatives in coordination with HR and leadership.
  • Ensure OD tools, templates, and documentation are standardized and properly maintained.
  • Act as a coordination point between HR and business units for OD-related activities.
