Job Summary

Digi Sparo is seeking a motivated and professional Outbound Call Center Agent to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, presenting company services, and achieving performance targets while maintaining high customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Provide accurate information about company products and services.
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Follow up on leads and maintain customer records.
• Meet daily and monthly performance targets.
• Maintain professionalism and follow company policies at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to work evening or night shifts as scheduled.
• Previous call center or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
