Job Title: Outbound Lead Generation Specialist

About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly motivated Outbound Lead Generation Specialist with hands-on experience in cold email automation and LinkedIn outreach. You’ll be responsible for identifying, compiling, and engaging qualified prospects using automation tools like Instantly, Lemlist, and Expandi, helping drive business growth through efficient outbound strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound strategies using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Compile prospect data into spreadsheets and verify emails using validation tools.
- Execute cold email campaigns using tools like Instantly or Lemlist.
- Manage and optimize outreach sequences for maximum response and conversion.
- Use LinkedIn automation tools like Expandi or HeyReach to run connection and message campaigns.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (open rate, reply rate, conversions).
- Collaborate with the sales or business development team to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with cold email tools (Instantly, Lemlist, Smartlead, etc.).
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead sourcing.
- Experience using LinkedIn automation tools such as Expandi or HeyReach.
- Familiarity with email verification tools (e.g., NeverBounce, ZeroBounce, Bouncer).
- Excellent data management skills (Google Sheets / Excel).
- Strong written communication and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar).
- Basic understanding of cold email deliverability best practices.
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS, agency, or marketing-based roles.
