Outbound Lead Generation Specialist - Remote

We are looking for a highly motivated Outbound Lead Generation Specialist with extensive hands-on experience in cold email automation and LinkedIn outreach at scale. You will be responsible for identifying, compiling, and engaging qualified prospects using automation tools like Instantly, Lemlist, Expandi, and HeyReach, helping drive business growth through efficient outbound strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead sourcing methods.
• Compile and manage prospect data in spreadsheets or CRM systems; validate emails using tools like NeverBounce, ZeroBounce, or Bouncer.
• Plan, execute, and optimize cold email campaigns at scale using Instantly or Lemlist, handling multiple mailboxes and high-volume sending.
• Manage outreach sequences to maximize response rates, conversions, and campaign performance.
• Run LinkedIn outreach campaigns using Expandi or HeyReach, including connection requests and messaging sequences.
• Monitor and report on campaign metrics such as open rates, reply rates, conversions, and deliverability issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve deliverability challenges, including domain or IP blacklisting.
• Collaborate with sales or business development teams to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with cold email tools, especially Instantly (mandatory) and optionally Lemlist, Smartlead, etc.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn automation tools such as Expandi or HeyReach.
• Experience running high-scale campaigns with hundreds of mailboxes and thousands of emails sent per day.
• Strong understanding of email deliverability, domain health, and mailbox reputation management.
• Technical knowledge of DNS record setup for cold email (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
• Excellent skills in data management (Google Sheets / Excel) and CRM tools.
• Strong written communication skills; ability to write personalized outreach sequences (including using AI/GPT tools).
• Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
