Outbound Marketing Specialist

We seek an experienced Outbound Marketing Executive with 2+ years of experience to join our team. The role focuses on driving outbound marketing campaigns and generating leads to support our sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute outbound marketing campaigns.
• Identify target audiences and craft engaging messaging.
• Use email, phone, other media, and events to reach prospects.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, optimizing for better results.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support lead conversion.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Report on campaign performance with insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in outbound marketing or lead generation.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Salesforce, Apollo, Snov and other data/ email marketing platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in B2B marketing.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools.
• Creative problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational skills.
