Outbound Sale Officer

The Outbound Sales Officer is responsible for generating new business opportunities by contacting potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. The role focuses on promoting company products or services, understanding customer needs, and achieving assigned sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote company products or services.
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team.
  • Follow up on leads, manage customer inquiries, and maintain an active sales pipeline.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and client information in CRM systems.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and customer support teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve sales processes and customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and persuasive selling skills.
  • Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a drive to achieve targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
