Outbound Sales Call Center Representative

Lahore, Pakistan

Are you a confident communicator with a passion for telesales and leadership? We’re looking for a (Outbound Sales Call Center representative) with 6 months to 1 year of experience in a call center or outbound sales environment. This role is perfect for someone who’s not only confident in cold calling but also eager to lead a team, drive performance, and optimize outbound strategies for better conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, trainee, and managed a team of cold-calling agents to meet daily and monthly performance targets
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate high-quality leads
  • Coach and mentor team members on scripts, sales tactics, and communication techniques
  • Set, track, and report on individual and team KPIs including call volume, lead quality, and conversions
  • Qualify leads and either pass them to the sales team or close them directly
  • Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct evaluations
  • Ensure accurate data entry and reporting in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize outreach strategies and campaigns
  • Stay current on company products/services and industry trends

Experience & Requirements

  • 6 months to 1 year in a call center or outbound sales environment
  • Experience in SEO campaigns or digital marketing is a plus
  • Leadership or team management experience preferred
  • Strong background in outbound sales, lead generation, and campaign management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proficient with CRM platforms and call tracking tools
  • Skilled in objection handling, closing deals, and motivating team members
  • Strong organizational, time management, and reporting skills
