Outbound Sales Manager

The Outbound Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the outbound sales team to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth. This role oversees prospecting strategies, sales outreach campaigns, lead qualification, and performance management of outbound sales representatives. The ideal candidate is a results-driven sales leader with strong coaching skills, a deep understanding of outbound sales processes, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Management

  • Lead, coach, and mentor the outbound sales team to achieve individual and team targets
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new outbound sales representatives
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to improve results
  • Foster a high-performance, motivated sales culture

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to generate new leads and pipeline
  • Design targeted outreach campaigns using email, phone, social media, and other channels
  • Identify new market opportunities and ideal customer profiles
  • Set and track KPIs including calls, meetings booked, pipeline generated, and revenue

Pipeline Development

  • Oversee lead generation and qualification processes
  • Ensure consistent pipeline growth and high-quality opportunities for the sales team
  • Collaborate with marketing on lead generation initiatives and campaigns

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track outbound sales metrics and prepare regular performance reports
  • Analyze sales data to optimize outreach strategies and conversion rates
  • Manage CRM systems to maintain accurate pipeline and customer data

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams
  • Provide market feedback to improve product positioning and messaging
  • Align outbound sales efforts with overall business growth strategies

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in outbound sales management
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building high-performing teams
  • Strong knowledge of outbound prospecting strategies and sales funnels
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
