Outbound Sales Representative (IT Solutions)

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative (IT Solutions) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales within a software house or IT services environment. You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and driving business growth by connecting clients with tailored IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads.
  • Identify client needs and pitch IT/software solutions (web, SEO Services, digital services).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure long-term business growth.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed lead generation and conversion targets.
  • Stay updated on IT/software industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or similar role (preferably in IT/software house).
  • Excellent English communication and persuasion skills.
  • Strong understanding of IT/software solutions and ability to pitch effectively.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven.

Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Allama Iqbal Town, Lahore (On-site)
Timings: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Monday to Friday)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
