Job Duties (JDs):

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Promote the bank’s financial products (credit cards, personal loans, etc.).

Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria clearly.

Achieve monthly sales targets set by the bank.

Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.

Maintain call logs and update customer records in the system.

Follow scripts and compliance guidelines provided by the bank.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresher
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to Rs30,000.00 per month
