Outbound voice process (Female)

Dear candidates,

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Female Tele caller with a strong background in Solar to join our sales team in Velachery, Chennai. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of telecalling or inside sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to generate and convert quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain product offerings in the solar domains.
• Follow up with existing leads and maintain a strong pipeline.
• Understand customer requirements and offer suitable products/solutions.
• Schedule meetings or site visits for the field sales team.
• Achieve monthly call targets and contribute to overall sales goals.
• Maintain customer database and update CRM tools regularly.
• Build strong client relationships to increase repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, deliveries, and after-sales support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling/sales in the solar, construction, or electrical industry.
• Proficient in Tamil and English (Hindi is a plus).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, target-driven, and self-motivated.
• Familiar with using basic computer tools (Excel, CRM, email, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
