We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Media Sales Executive to join our growing outdoor media team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a confident sales professional who enjoys building client relationships and closing deals in a fast-paced media environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and develop relationships with direct clients and agencies
- Promote and sell outdoor media solutions to local, regional and international brands
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and tailored proposals to client’s objectives
- Manage client accounts and ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, managing all aspects of the client relationship
- Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity
- Provide ongoing client support, promptly addressing issues and ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution
- Track sales activity and pipeline through CRM systems
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (media / advertising experience is a strong advantage)
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Based in Dubai
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and client-focused
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
- Familiarity with the advertising and media industry is a plus
