Outdoor Sales Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all business-related matters.

To formulate strategies for strengthening assigned accounts and maximizing the company’s potential to establish business partnerships

Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their objectives.

You will be responsible for the monthly Target set by you & the company

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and exceptional customer experience.

Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust

Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and insights from clients, contributing to the development of new products/services.

Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.

Prepare presentation to the customers and proposals, liaise and attend meetings with clients, business associates and internal company staff of the various business units as required

 Strong understanding of the UAE confectionery / food retail market

 Existing relationships with supermarkets, gift shops, Duty Free or distributors is an advantage

Requirements and skills

Proven experience as Outdoor Sales UAE DRIVING LICENSE MANDATORY

Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
