Outlet Sales Executive

Lahore, Pakistan

Habitt is seeking enthusiastic, customer-oriented Outlet Sales Executive (for contractual and Permanent both) to join our dynamic retail team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable furniture and home accessories.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of all Habitt products, promotions, and in-store offerings.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets set by management.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively and promptly.
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained in accordance with brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate with the inventory and warehouse team to manage stock availability.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
  • Keep the outlet organized, and welcoming at all times.
  • Stay updated on current trends in furniture and interior design to better serve customers.

Experience: Min 2 years relevant experience in retail industry

Education: Minimum Intermediate, Bachelors will be a plus.

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Customer-first attitude with a passion for sales.
  • Energetic, confident, and team-oriented.
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations and POS systems.
  • Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and shift hours.
