About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and well-connected Outreach Manager who will act as the bridge between Scents N Stories and academic institutions across Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in university collaborations, student engagement, and event coordination especially from a student affairs background.

This role focuses on building strong partnerships with universities to create a talent pipeline, represent Scents N Stories at youth-oriented programs.

Key Responsibilities:

University Relations & Partnerships

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, colleges, and student societies.
  • Develop MOUs or partnerships for talent pipelines, internships, and collaborative projects.
  • Coordinate campus visits, job fairs, and brand activation events at universities.

Talent Engagement

  • Identify and connect with top-performing students for potential internship or employment opportunities.
  • Liaise with career services offices to promote Scents n Stories as an employer brand.
  • Create engagement programs like mentorship sessions, workshops, and student competitions.

Event Collaboration

  • Arrange Scents n Stories’ participation in seminars, competitions, and conferences as sponsor or partner.
  • Coordinate for Scents n Stories leadership or HR team to be invited as guest speakers or judges in campus programs.
  • Plan and execute youth-focused campaigns, leadership talks, or fragrance-related workshops at universities.

Brand Representation

  • Represent Scents n Stories at educational and professional forums.
  • Promote the company’s values, culture, and career growth opportunities to the youth.
  • Build brand awareness among students and faculty as a progressive, learning-oriented organization.

Reporting & Strategy

  • Maintain a database of all outreach activities and contacts.
  • Provide monthly reports and insights on engagement results.

Suggest creative ways to strengthen academic-industry linkages.

Experience:

  • 2–4 years of experience in student affairs, career services, or university relations preferably from a reputed university.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.
  • Ability to organize events and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Passionate about youth engagement and relationship building.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or related field.
