Outreach Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Outreach Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing LinkedIn outreach campaigns, building meaningful connections, and supporting our business development efforts with strategic prospect engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns and manage connection requests.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects through consistent follow-ups.
  • Maintain detailed outreach logs and ensure timely updates.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to generate qualified leads.
  • Leverage automation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator for efficient targeting.
  • Provide insights and reporting on outreach performance.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B LinkedIn outreach.
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outreach automation tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
