PA to Sr. GM - (LHR)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Handle correspondence, draft emails, and prepare communication materials.
  • Organize travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics.
  • Prioritize and manage tasks and projects to meet deadlines.
  • Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate personal and professional events and meetings.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • The candidate must have 2-3 years’ experience as Personal Assistant.
  • Proficient in Computer applications (MS Office, In-page, & good typing speed).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Must have Excellent written and verbal communication skill.
