Packaging Sales Consultant (Inbound - US Market)

We are seeking motivated and results-oriented Sales Representatives to join our team in our Bahria Town, Lahore office. This is an on-site position focused on serving the US market through inbound calls. As a Sales Representative, you will handle incoming inquiries from potential US-based customers, providing them with information about our products/services and converting inquiries into sales. Your base salary will be paid in PKR, with performance-based Commission / bonuses paid in US dollars.

Responsibilities:

 Handle inbound calls from prospective US-based customers.

 Clearly and effectively communicate product/service features and benefits.

 Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service.

 Identify customer needs and tailor sales presentations accordingly.

 Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team success.

 Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

 Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and close deals.

Qualifications:

 Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone manner (neutral or US accent preferred).

 Strong understanding of US business culture and customer service expectations.

 Ability to actively listen to customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

 Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales (preferred, but not required).

 Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, inbound call center environment.

 Basic computer skills and proficiency in using CRM software (preferred).

Compensation:

 Competitive base salary in PKR.

 Performance-based bonuses paid in US Dollars.
