Paid Media Manager

Overview

Looking for someone to lead the paid media at Labyrinth Digital. You will become the go to / subject matter expert for all things paid media. If you are analytical and entrepreneurial this is a perfect opportunity!

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic paid media plans (eg: platform, budget recommendations, audience development, account and campaign structure)
  • Build, launch and manage campaigns on multiple advertising platforms
  • Daily management of paid media campaigns- optimizing creative, managing media spends, audience optimizations etc
  • Actively test and analyze keywords, ad copy, landing pages across various paid media platforms to drive results in line with clients’ goals
  • Lead bi-weekly client calls to discuss account performance and action plans based on findings
  • Compile monthly and quarterly performance reports
  • Communicate paid media plan to clients and internal team members
  • Work directly with the creative team to provide strategic analysis and provide support on what is performing well and not well.
  • Work with strategy and analytics leads on auditing paid media accounts
  • Responsible for assisting in the technical set-up for paid campaigns ie placing pixels, setting up conversion goals, product feed
  • Stay up to date with the latest paid media trends through ongoing trainings, and conferences

Skills And Qualifications

  • Experience in eCommerce
  • 3-5 years of professional experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in campaign management or a digital media buying role
  • Prior agency experience is required for this role
  • Managed campaigns on these platforms: Google Search, Google Shopping, YouTube, Meta
  • Analytical and lifelong learner
  • Certified in Google Analytics & Google Ads
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google Data Studio
  • Nice to have: TikTok, Pinterest, Bing, Snapchat, Reddit, Spotify, Google Tag Manager
  • BA Degree

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
