Part-Time HR Executive (Temporary – Recruitment Project)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly capable HR Executive on a temporary basis to support our recruitment drive for the Pakistan office. The role is focused on end-to-end hiring support, from vacancy postings to arranging interviews. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional looking for flexible and project-based work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drafting and posting job vacancies on relevant platforms (LinkedIn, Rozee.pk, Mustakbil, etc.).
  • Screening and shortlisting CVs based on role requirements.
  • Coordinating and scheduling online interviews with shortlisted candidates.
  • Arranging onsite interviews for second-stage candidates.
  • Maintaining structured candidate evaluation sheets for management review.
  • Ensuring professional communication with all applicants and candidates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years proven HR experience (preferably in recruitment).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with online recruitment platforms in Pakistan.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks within deadlines.
  • Flexible availability (project-based hours).

This is a temporary, ad-hoc assignment. The salary package will be finalized based on candidate experience and time commitment.
