Part- Time Marketing Assistant

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our business growth. Idea for a detail- oriented person who enjoys organization, communication, and digital marketing, have a strong understanding of various marketing channels. This role is essential in supporting our marketing efforts across multiple platforms, including social media, email, and content marketing. The Marketing Assistant will play a key role in enhancing our brand presence and driving engagement with our target audience.

Duties

• Appointment scheduling: Coordinate and confirm client information and appointments through phone, email, and online sources.
• Mail Campaigns: Prepare, send and track direct mail marketing materials.
• Create engaging content for various platforms, including blogs, social media posts, email newsletters, and website updates.
• Social media: Create posts, engaging content on company social media platforms.
• Collaborate with the team on advertising sales strategies and assist in the creation of advertising materials.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and performance marketing.
• Proficiency in social media marketing across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Previous marketing and or administrative experience is required
