Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient appointments, admissions, and follow-ups
• Act as a liaison between patients, doctors, nurses, and insurance providers
• Maintain accurate patient records and medical documentation
• Assist with patient registration, billing coordination, and insurance verification
• Handle patient inquiries professionally in person and over the phone
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, DHA regulations, and patient confidentiality
• Support smooth patient flow and minimize waiting times
• Update hospital systems and EMR data accurately

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Patient Coordinator, Healthcare Coordinator, or Medical Administrator
• Strong knowledge of hospital operations and patient care workflows
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and hospital management software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Strong organizational and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in hospitals, clinics, or medical centers in the UAE
• Knowledge of DHA standards, medical billing, and insurance coordination
• Multilingual skills (Arabic is an advantage)
