Patient Coordinator

Location: Jumeirah 3

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Patient Coordinator (Arabic Speaker) with at least one year of experience in a medical center. The ideal candidate will serve as a key point of contact for patients, ensuring a smooth patient journey from inquiry to treatment while maintaining high standards of customer service and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients in person and over the phone in Arabic (English is an advantage)
  • Coordinate patient appointments, treatments, and follow-ups with medical staff
  • Explain medical services, procedures, and treatment plans to patients
  • Support doctors and nurses by coordinating patient flow and documentation
  • Assist patients with, billing queries, and required forms
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in the system
  • Handle patient concerns and complaints professionally and escalate when required
  • Follow up with patients regarding appointments, treatments, and satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Patient Coordinator in a medical center or healthcare facility
  • Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written); English communication skills preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of healthcare operations, patient scheduling, and insurance processes
  • Basic computer skills and experience with clinic management systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced medical environment

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in medical or aesthetic centers
  • Knowledge of DHA healthcare regulations (an advantage)
  • Professional appearance and patient-focused attitude

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in the same role within a medical center or healthcare facility
