Patient Relation Executive

We are seeking a compassionate and responsible Patient Relative Executive to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will act as a key communication link between patients’ relatives and the hospital, ensuring smooth coordination, support, and a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate with patient relatives regarding treatment updates and hospital processes
• Provide guidance and support to patient families during admission, treatment, and discharge
• Address concerns, queries, and grievances in a polite and professional manner
• Liaise with doctors, nurses, and hospital departments for effective patient care coordination
• Maintain proper documentation and records
• Ensure patient relatives follow hospital policies and procedures

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: MSW (Master of Social Work)
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in hospital or healthcare setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathetic, patient, and service-oriented attitude
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly
• Basic computer knowledge
