Payroll Officer

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

  • Manage and process monthly payroll for all employees in compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain and update payroll data including salaries, benefits, deductions, and other earnings.
  • Ensure timely salary disbursement through WPS and bank transfers.
  • Handle end-of-service benefit (EOSB) calculations, gratuity, and final settlements.
  • Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies in coordination with Finance.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records related to compensation and deductions.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports.
  • Respond to employee queries on salary, payslips, and leave encashments.
  • Coordinate with PRO/HR team for visa-related impacts on payroll (e.g., leave, exit, suspension).
  • Stay updated with changes in UAE labor law, tax (if applicable), and social security policies (e.g., Emirati pension requirements).
  • Support internal and external audits related to payroll.
