Payroll Officer

Hot n Spicy is seeking a Payroll Executive for our Karachi branch. This role is responsible for managing employee payroll, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
• Maintain employee salary records, attendance, and leave data in the HCM system
• Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and statutory requirements
• Prepare payroll reports and reconcile discrepancies
• Handle employee payroll queries professionally
• Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for smooth payroll operations

Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience in payroll processing or similar role
• Location: Karachi
• Proficiency in HCM/Payroll systems
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and confidentiality
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: PKR 70,000 – 80,000
• Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM ( 9 hours)
• Job Type: Full-time
