• Support in collecting, validating, and organizing reports from stakeholders.
• Assisting in calculating and verifying monthly payroll files.
• Handling adjustments, bonuses, and deductions accurately with proper approvals required for processing.
• Coordinating with HR and Operations for input and approvals for processing payroll timely.
• Ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping for audits and compliance.
• Processing Final and Leave Settlements accurately and ensuring timely disbursal of the amount with proper documentation.
• Proactive and customer-focused approach to effectively address and resolve payroll-related queries, going the extra mile to ensure employee satisfaction.

• Strong understanding of payroll processes and calculations.
• Proficiency in Excel, ERP and handling large data sets.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data validation.
• Good communication and coordination skills for follow-ups with the operations team.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple payroll-related tasks.
• Basic knowledge of employee benefits, leave management, and allowances.

• Coordinating with Treasury for timely payments of expenses raised under salary.
• Preparing SIF files for those payment processing.
