Responsible for processing payroll and maintain accurate and updated payroll information to ensure employees of Al Borg are paid the right amount on time.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Perform day-to-day activities related to payroll function in accordance to Al Borg’s policies and procedures.

Collect, calculate, and enter data into the payroll system in order to maintain accurate payroll information on Mena ITech.

Accurate input of regular/ad-hoc payroll adjustments.

Check and resolve any payroll discrepancy before submitting payroll report for final approval.

Liaise with HR Services for new hires and leavers and ensure system is updated accordingly.

Check the payslips on Mena ITech and ensure it reflects the correct data.

Handle any issues/queries and answer any questions on payroll matters.

Collect and ensure the accuracy of employee timesheets and update the payroll system accordingly.

Ensure complying with labor law regulations and Al Borg policies and procedures related to payroll.

Provide relevant reports to HR Service Manager as required.

Calculate final settlements as notified by HR Services, recover any loan balances etc.

Calculate and process emergency manual payments as required.

Perform other tasks, when assigned and only required.
Requirements
Experience
-
[3-5] years in related experience.

Practical experience in payroll is preferred.
-
Proven experience in healthcare or diagnostic industry is an advantage.
Education and Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field is required

Professional certificates, such as, CIPD, SHRM, HRI is an advantage.
