People and Culture Executive

Full job description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic People & Culture Executive to join our growing team. This pivotal role will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR within the relevant industry, understanding its unique challenges and opportunities, especially concerning talent acquisition, retention, and fostering a high-performance creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for all roles from sourcing to offer negotiation.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to attract top talent in the competitive textile industry.
  • Design and execute comprehensive onboarding programs that integrate new hires into our culture.
  • Employee Relations & Culture:
  • Act as a trusted advisor and first point of contact for all employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
  • Champion and evolve our company's positive, inclusive, and creative culture.
  • Organize and support initiatives that enhance employee engagement, well-being, and work-life balance within a demanding textile field.
  • Performance Management:
  • Develop and manage performance review cycles, ensuring clear goal setting, constructive feedback, and professional development.
  • Implement strategies for talent development, succession planning, and career pathing for all working professionals.
  • Compensation & Benefits:
  • Oversee competitive compensation structures and benefits packages relevant to the industry.
  • Conduct market research to ensure our offerings remain attractive for attracting and retaining talent.
  • HR Policy & Compliance:
  • Develop, update, and ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
  • Learning & Development:
  • Identify training needs and coordinate relevant learning opportunities to enhance skill sets and professional growth.
  • Foster a continuous learning environment within the company.
  • HR Strategy & Support:
  • Partner with company leadership to align HR initiatives with overall business objectives and growth strategies.
  • Provide strategic HR guidance on organizational design, change management, and workforce planning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a strong plus.
  • Minimum years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 to 3 years specifically within one industry.
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, talent management, employee relations, and compensation & benefits.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
