Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and people-centric People Experience Specialist to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall workplace culture. This role focuses on creating meaningful employee journeys, improving workplace experiences, and driving initiatives that align people strategies with business goals.
Key Responsibilities

Design and implement employee experience initiatives across the entire employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding)

Drive employee engagement programs, surveys, and feedback mechanisms to improve workplace satisfaction

Partner with HR and business leaders to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture

Analyze employee feedback and HR data to identify trends and recommend actionable improvements

Manage onboarding experience to ensure smooth integration of new hires

Support learning, development, and well-being initiatives

Develop and maintain HR policies, programs, and communication strategies focused on employee experience

Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring timely resolution and a positive experience

Lead internal events, recognition programs, and culture-building activities

Ensure alignment of people experience initiatives with organizational values and objectives
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

3-6 years of experience in HR, Employee Experience, or Organizational Development

Strong understanding of employee engagement, culture, and HR best practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and feedback

Experience with HR tools, surveys, and employee engagement platforms is a plus

Ability to manage multiple initiatives and work in a fast-paced environment
