JOB PURPOSE
The People Operations Lead is responsible for driving strategic P&C initiatives, overseeing core operational processes, and enhancing employee experience at MAGRABi. This role combines leadership, collaboration, and operational expertise to ensure seamless execution of P&C functions across the organization.
Qualifications and Education:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Master’s degree is a plus.

Strong attention to detail.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong understanding of HR systems, processes, and labor laws.
Experience
:

5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with senior leadership to implement P&C strategies aligned with business goals.

Oversee and continuously improve people operations processes, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and employee lifecycle management.

Ensure adherence to local labor laws and company policies across all regions of operation and contribute to compliance investigations.

Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, well-being, and overall experience.

Mentor the People Operations team to deliver exceptional service and meet organizational objectives.

Maintain accurate employee records and generate insights through forming P&C metrics and data analytics.

Partner with key stakeholders across departments to address P&C -related challenges and implement solutions.
