People Partner Executive

We’re looking for a People Partner Executive who thrives in high-growth, fast-paced environments and can seamlessly translate business needs into pragmatic People solutions. This role supports organizational design, headcount planning, performance cycles, engagement, grievance handling, and day-to-day partnering for teams that move fast and expect precision.

🛠 What You’ll Get Your Hands On

  • People Partnering & Advisory
  • Serve as the first touchpoint for employees and managers on People matters.
  • Provide advisory on policies, performance, team dynamics, and development pathways.
  • Escalate complex cases while owning operational execution end-to-end.
  • Performance Management & Calibrations
  • Support all stages of the performance cycle: goal setting, mid-year touchpoints, and annual reviews.
  • Coach managers on writing effective feedback, setting OKRs/KPIs, and identifying development actions.
  • Coordinate calibration sessions ensuring fairness, consistency, and clean documentation.
  • Maintain performance data accuracy and prepare insights for leadership.
  • Organization Design & Workforce Planning
  • Support restructuring initiatives, role mapping, and competency alignment.
  • Own org chart updates and ensure system alignment for all structural changes.
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Build trusted relationships with managers across fast-moving teams.
  • Partner cross-functionally with TA, Finance, Payroll, L&D to drive seamless employee lifecycle delivery.
  • Data, Reporting & People Insights
  • Own the employee data for engagement, mobility and growth insights.
  • Identify people trends and risks early, recommending actionable interventions.
  • Maintain high data accuracy across all HRIS and reporting tools.
  • Employee Engagement & Experience
  • Support engagement surveys, pulse checks, and post-survey action planning.
  • Drive culture initiatives, recognition programs, and employee experience interventions.
  • Build listening mechanisms to maintain a real-time pulse on employee morale.
  • Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
  • Handle first-level grievances, conflicts, and employee concerns with confidentiality and fairness.
  • Conduct fact-finding and partner with senior People Partners on complex cases.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policy frameworks.
  • HR Operations & Policy Compliance
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, probation management, and policy updates.

🧙‍♂️ The Magic You Bring

  • 4–5 years of People Partnering/HR Generalist experience
  • Proven experience working in fast-paced, high-growth, or tech/start-up style environments
  • Hands-on experience managing performance cycles and calibration processes
  • Experience with OD, headcount planning, reporting, and employee relations
  • Strong analytical capability and comfort with HRIS/reporting tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • People centricity while ability to navigate sensitive conversations
  • Ability to prioritize and deliver without compromising quality
