The People Services & Systems Specialist is responsible for delivering efficient HR operations, maintaining accurate employee data, and supporting HRIS/technology implementation projects. This role strengthens the employee experience through reliable service delivery and improved system functionality.
Requirements
People Operations (HR Services)

Execute end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, and HR documentation.

Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS while ensuring compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements.

Support payroll preparation by validating employee data and attendance records.

Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and ensure timely service delivery.

Prepare HR letters, reports, and dashboards as needed.
HR Systems & Technology Implementation

Support implementation, adoption, and optimization of HR technology tools (HRIS, ATS, performance systems, etc.).

Collaborate with People & Culture and IT teams for system testing, troubleshooting, and enhancements.

Provide user support, guidance, and training to improve system utilization.

Ensure data integrity through regular audits and system monitoring.
Process Improvement & Compliance

Assist in documenting and improving HR operational processes.

Ensure HR operations comply with organizational policies, labor laws, and data privacy standards.

Participate in automation, digitization, and employee experience enhancement initiatives.

5. Experience & Education Requirements

Education:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
