The People Services & Systems Specialist is responsible for delivering efficient HR operations, maintaining accurate employee data, and supporting HRIS/technology implementation projects. This role strengthens the employee experience through reliable service delivery and improved system functionality.



Requirements

People Operations (HR Services)

  • Execute end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, and HR documentation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS while ensuring compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements.
  • Support payroll preparation by validating employee data and attendance records.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and ensure timely service delivery.
  • Prepare HR letters, reports, and dashboards as needed.

HR Systems & Technology Implementation

  • Support implementation, adoption, and optimization of HR technology tools (HRIS, ATS, performance systems, etc.).
  • Collaborate with People & Culture and IT teams for system testing, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
  • Provide user support, guidance, and training to improve system utilization.
  • Ensure data integrity through regular audits and system monitoring.



Process Improvement & Compliance

  • Assist in documenting and improving HR operational processes.
  • Ensure HR operations comply with organizational policies, labor laws, and data privacy standards.
  • Participate in automation, digitization, and employee experience enhancement initiatives.

4. Knowledge, Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Zoho , Workday, Oracle, or similar)
  • HR reporting, data management, and workflow knowledge
  • Familiarity with system testing or implementation support

5. Experience & Education Requirements

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in HR operations; exposure to HR systems implementation preferred
