Performance Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Performance Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple digital platforms to drive measurable results and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute performance-driven campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).

Optimize campaigns for ROI, CPA, CPL, and ROAS.

Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copy, and targeting strategies.

Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports.

Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop impactful ad creatives.

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform policies.

Requirements:

Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance campaigns.

Strong knowledge of Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and other ad platforms.

Analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and reporting tools.

Ability to work independently and deliver results under deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
