Performance Marketer

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented "Performance Marketer" to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in marketing automation platforms!

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for eCommerce and lead generation projects.
• Analyze customer journeys and conversion funnels to enhance performance
• Stay updated with Meta platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
• Must be able to communicate with client fluently and convince them on any matter of fact.

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor's degree
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook Ads , Pixel setup, and Conversion APIs.
• Proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Creative mindset with a strong understanding of ad creatives and audience behavior.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Location: Karachi

Salary Range: Market competitive
