Performance Marketer

Job Description :
Falaknaz Group of Companies is looking for a skilled Performance Marketer to manage and optimize our digital marketing campaigns. The role focuses on generating quality leads, increasing conversions, and ensuring maximum return on investment across various online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan and run paid campaigns on Google, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

· Monitor and analyze campaign performance to meet set KPIs.

· Optimize ads, audiences, and budgets for better results.

· Conduct A/B testing of creatives and landing pages.

· Prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.

· Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals.

· Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in digital marketing.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

· 2–4 years of proven experience in performance marketing.

· Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools.

· Good analytical and reporting skills.

· Ability to manage budgets effectively.

· Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
