About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. This role requires strong analytical skills, creativity, and the ability to deliver measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Develop strategies to increase conversions, reduce acquisition costs, and maximize ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and campaign structures.
• Monitor daily performance metrics and provide data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with content, design, and social media teams for campaign execution.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Prepare and present performance reports to management and clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in performance marketing (preferably 1+ year).
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other paid platforms.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in reporting tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Creative thinker with attention to detail.
