Performance Marketer & CRMRole Summary

We’re hiring a CRM & Performance Marketing Manager to own full-funnel growth for our e-commerce store. You’ll run paid acquisition across major ad platforms and build lifecycle programs that convert first-time visitors into loyal, repeat customers. This role is ideal for someone who has scaled product-based brands; experience in the lifestyle space (fashion, beauty, home) is a strong plus.

What You’ll OwnPerformance Marketing

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google/YouTube, TikTok, and relevant local networks.
  • Build a full-funnel strategy (awareness → consideration → conversion → retention) with clear audience, creative, and bidding approaches.
  • Manage budgets, pacing, and forecasts; hit monthly ROAS/CAC targets while protecting MER.
  • Set up product feeds, catalogs, and dynamic remarketing; align offers, landing pages, and checkout flow.
  • Brief and test creatives—hooks, formats, lengths—with rapid A/B and multivariate experiments.

CRM & Lifecycle

  • Own email, SMS/WhatsApp, and push messaging end-to-end: acquisition, onboarding, nurture, win-back, VIP, and churn-prevention flows.
  • Segment customers by behavior and value (RFM, cohorts) to increase repeat rate and LTV.
  • Manage deliverability and hygiene: consent, list growth, sender reputation, and opt-out compliance.
  • Build promotional and evergreen content calendars aligned to launches and merchandising.

Conversion & Analytics

  • Define event tracking, pixels, UTM standards, and server-side tagging in GA4/GTM.
  • Partner with Product/UX to improve CVR: landing pages, PDPs, checkout, speed, and CRO tests.
  • Build dashboards and weekly reports on spend, revenue, and retention KPIs.
  • Run structured experiments with clear hypotheses, test design, and learning loops.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and CRM/lifecycle for e-commerce (product-based).
  • Proven track record managing multi-platform paid budgets and owning retention channels that drive revenue.
  • Strong grasp of funnels, attribution, and unit economics.
  • Tools: Meta Ads, Google Ads/YouTube, TikTok Ads, GA4, GTM, Excel/Sheets; CRM such as Mergn/Klaviyo/HubSpot/Mailchimp; A/B tools (VWO/Optimizely).
  • Excellent written communication, brief writing, and data storytelling skills.

Nice to Have

  • Lifestyle niche experience (fashion, beauty, home, wellness).
  • Local industry experience and market nuance (seasonality, payment preferences, COD dynamics) — bonus.

KPIs You’ll Drive

  • Paid: ROAS, CAC, MER, CTR/CVR, revenue by channel and funnel stage.
  • CRM: list growth, deliverability, revenue contribution, repeat rate, churn, AOV, LTV.
  • Site: conversion rate, bounce/engagement, checkout completion, page speed.

What Success Looks Like (30/60/90)

  • 30 days: Audit accounts and CRM, fix tracking/pixels, align roadmap and targets, ship quick-win optimizations.
  • 60 days: New funnel structure live, refreshed creatives, core lifecycle flows active, reporting automated.
  • 90 days: Consistent ROAS at target, improved repeat rate and AOV, clear testing cadence with documented learnings.
