Performance Marketer / Media Buyer (Real Estate & Development)

We are seeking a Performance Marketer / Media Buyer to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns for a real estate development company. This is a hands-on role focused on driving efficient, high-quality lead generation through structured media planning, accurate tracking, and continuous performance optimization.

This role requires close collaboration with internal content and sales teams to ensure paid media efforts support project objectives, sales pipelines, and long-term brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media Planning & Execution

· Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube when required).

· Develop 3–6 month media plans with defined channel mix, budget allocation, and CPA/CPL targets aligned with project timelines.

· Manage day-to-day optimization of campaigns, budgets, bids, audiences, and creatives to improve efficiency and scale performance.

Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization

· Drive performance with a strong focus on lead quality and conversion efficiency, not volume alone.

· Monitor funnel performance from ad interaction through lead submission and handover to sales teams.

· Identify drop-offs and performance gaps across lead forms and landing pages, and propose actionable improvements.

· Tracking, Analytics & Reporting

· Implement and maintain tracking frameworks, including pixels, conversion events, and standardized UTMs.

· Ensure GA4 accuracy and data reliability across all paid channels.

· Produce weekly performance dashboards and monthly reports covering CPL, CPA, ROAS, CAC, and funnel metrics.

· Translate data into insights, recommendations, and clear next steps for optimization.

Creative & Audience Optimization

· Work closely with the content and creative teams to guide creative testing strategies, messaging angles, and audience segmentation.

· Run structured A/B testing across creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages.

· Support audience expansion, retargeting, and re-engagement strategies across different project phases (launch, sustain, sell-out).

Requirements

Required Experience & Skills

· Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or media buying.

· Strong working experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.

· Proven background in lead generation campaigns, ideally within real estate, development, high-ticket services, or similar sectors.

· Solid understanding of analytics, attribution, and performance reporting (GA4, pixels, UTMs).

· Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed optimization decisions.

· Comfortable managing defined budgets, performance targets, and accountability independently.

Additional Experience (Preferred)

· Experience with TikTok Ads or LinkedIn Ads.

· Exposure to real estate developer campaigns, off-plan projects, or long consideration funnels.

· Experience with landing page testing (CRO) and basic funnel optimization.

· Familiarity with coordinating performance feedback between marketing and sales teams.
