Performance Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and manage paid lead generation campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and optionally Google Ads. Optimize campaigns for lead generation and CPL through A/B testing, budget management, and audience segmentation. Manage audience targeting, ad copy suggestions, creative coordination, and landing page recommendations. Track and analyze campaign performance using Meta reporting tools, LinkedIn reporting tools, and Google Analytics. Provide performance reports, insights, and actionable suggestions for campaign improvements. Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital marketing. Actively participate in relevant industry events to stay connected with market trends and potential partnerships. Support public relations (PR) activities related to brand visibility and digital media presence.

Requirements:

2–4 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Lead Generation. Proven expertise in Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaign management. Experience using Meta, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, and reporting tools (Optional). Knowledge of Google Ads and landing page optimization is a plus Strong communication, analytical skills, and ability to work in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
