Dany Tameerat Pvt. Ltd., a leading name in Pakistan’s real estate and construction industry, is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. We specialize in developing premium real estate projects and seek a professional who can drive impactful digital campaigns tailored to the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple PPC platforms with a strong focus on real estate lead generation.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.), and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Prepare performance reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to align PPC campaigns with overall real estate marketing objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in performance marketing, especially within the real estate domain.

Required Skills:

• Solid understanding of advertising platforms, particularly Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and PPC tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize results.
• Proven ability to design, test, and refine strategies to achieve maximum ROI in the real estate industry.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field from a recognized university.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines and performance goals.
