Job Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, ROI-focused, and experienced in managing performance-based advertising.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms
• Analyze ROI, conversions, and lead quality to ensure campaign effectiveness
• Optimize marketing spend to achieve maximum performance and efficiency
• Monitor daily campaign performance and make data-backed optimizations
• Prepare performance reports and share actionable insights with management
• Coordinate with content and design teams to improve ad creatives and messaging

Required Skills & Platform Expertise

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, and YouTube)
• Experience with YouTube Ads and video performance marketing
• Familiarity with Snapchat Ads and TikTok Ads
• Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 3-6 years of experience in performance or digital marketing
• Experience in lead generation and growth-focused campaigns
