Performance Marketing Manager (Product, Fin-Tech)

Location: Mumbai (6 days/week from office)
Experience: 4-7 years
CTC: Up to 16 LPA

Role Overview
Lead paid acquisition and growth across digital channels. Own strategy, budget, team execution, and ROI. Collaborate with leadership, sales, and product teams to hit revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute performance marketing strategy; own CAC, ROAS, CPL, and pipeline goals.
• Optimize high-budget campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic platforms.
• Manage full-funnel campaigns, A/B testing, and growth experiments.
• Lead and mentor performance marketers, media buyers, and agencies.
• Set up analytics (GA4, GTM, Pixels, CRM); ensure attribution, tracking, and dashboards.
• Optimize funnels, landing pages, and conversions with cross-team partners.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 4+ years in performance marketing.
• 1+ years in a managerial/Team Lead role.
• Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or LinkedIn Ads.
• Proven experience managing large monthly ad budgets.
• Strong understanding of attribution models, funnels, and CRM tracking.
• Proficient in advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience from product companies (Fintech/startups preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
