We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead user acquisition and revenue growth for our Android and iOS gaming portfolio. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in campaign management, optimization, analytics, and mobile gaming monetization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid user acquisition campaigns for mobile games
  • Manage performance across major channels: Meta, Google, AppLovin, Unity Ads, TikTok, Mintegral, and others
  • Analyze core metrics including ROAS, LTV, CPI, retention, and cohort performance
  • Conduct creative A/B tests to improve conversion rates and overall ad performance
  • Collaborate with art and product teams to develop marketing creatives and assets
  • Work with attribution and analytics platforms such as Adjust, AppsFlyer, Singular, or Solar Engine
  • Handle budget allocation, spend forecasting, and ensure profitable campaign scaling
  • Prepare weekly performance reports, dashboards, and actionable insights
  • Discover new markets, trends, and growth opportunities
  • Support ASO initiatives and app store optimization strategies

Requirements

  • 3+ years of performance marketing experience (mobile gaming preferred)
  • Hands-on experience optimizing Android and iOS UA campaigns
  • Strong understanding of CPI, ROAS, LTV, ARPU, retention, and other mobile metrics
  • Proficiency with MMP platforms such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, and Singular
  • Strong analytical skills using Excel, Google Sheets, Looker Studio, etc.
  • Creative mindset with a solid understanding of mobile ad creatives
  • Excellent communication and strategic problem-solving skills

Bonus Skills

  • Experience working in a game studio or publisher
  • Knowledge of playable ads, influencer marketing, and DSP platforms
  • Experience with automation or scripting for reporting
  • Familiarity with ASO and app store experimentation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
