Working Days : Monday to Saturday (6 Days)
Working Hours :Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM (GST) & Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM (GST)
Job Summary :

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who is highly analytical, data-driven, and focused on measurable growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels to drive qualified leads and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other performance channels
• Manage lead generation campaigns with clear CPL, CPA, and ROI targets
• Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize budgets for maximum efficiency
• Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM tools
• Coordinate with content, design, and sales teams to align campaign objectives
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
• Stay updated with the latest trends, platform changes, and best practices in performance marketing

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 6-7 years of proven experience in performance / digital marketing
• 2 years of work experience in UAE market
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Experience in lead-based businesses (B2B preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
