About the Role

ScaleUp Connect is hiring a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and scale paid social campaigns for international clients across Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

This is a client-facing, performance-focused role.
It is NOT for organic social media, content posting, or community management.

You will be responsible for strategy, execution, optimization, reporting, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize paid social campaigns for multiple client accounts
• Launch, scale, and refine campaigns across:

- Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

- TikTok Ads

- LinkedIn Campaign Manager

• Translate business objectives into performance marketing strategies
• Optimize for CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPL, and conversion rate
• Build full-funnel strategies (TOF, MOF, BOF)
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and offers
• Coordinate with creative team for ad briefs and testing angles
• Prepare performance reports with actionable insights (not just data)
• Communicate directly with US & EU-based clients

Required Experience

• Minimum 2+ years in Paid Social / Performance Marketing
• Agency experience preferred (must have handled multiple clients)
• Proven experience managing external client accounts (not just internal brands)
• Hands-on expertise with:

- Meta Ads Manager
- TikTok Ads Manager
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager

• Experience running campaigns for US or European markets
• Strong understanding of tracking & attribution
• Google Analytics
• Google Tag Manager
• Ability to manage multiple ad accounts simultaneously
• Strong communication and reporting skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in both B2B and B2C campaigns
• Experience scaling accounts beyond $10,000/month spend
• Creative testing and scaling frameworks experience
• Familiarity with conversion APIs & pixel troubleshooting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs80,000.00 per month
