Performance Marketing Specialist (Google Ads & SEO)

Do not apply if you do not meet the following criteria:

  • 1–2 years of experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads (required)
  • Strong hands-on experience with Facebook/Meta Ads (required)
  • Basic to intermediate SEO knowledge is required
  • Experience with keyword research, campaign optimization, and conversion tracking
  • Ability to analyze campaign data and improve performance based on metrics
  • Highly responsible, organized, and capable of working independently
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
  • Experience using:
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Search Console
  • SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar SEO tools
  • Proof required: Candidates must be prepared to share campaign results, ROAS, lead generation data, or ad performance metrics during the interview process

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns
  • Manage and scale Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns
  • Perform keyword research and competitor analysis
  • Improve campaign performance, CTR, conversions, and ROI
  • Conduct on-page and off-page SEO activities
  • Monitor website rankings and SEO performance
  • Generate reports and performance insights for campaigns
  • Optimize landing pages and ad creatives for better conversion rates
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, strategies, and updates in digital marketing
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve marketing and business growth objectives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
