Permanent Placements Consultant (Healthcare Sector)

The Role

Your primary objective is to drive our recruitment pipeline. You will utilize our live candidate tracker to identify available Pharmacists and Dispensers and proactively reach out to independent pharmacies, chains, and GP surgeries to secure vacancies and place candidates.

Core Responsibilities:

• Proactive Outreach: Conduct daily outbound calls to potential employers to generate new vacancies.
• Pipeline Management: Review the candidate tracker daily to match talent with client needs.
• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Present candidates, arrange interviews, and follow up relentlessly until successful placements are confirmed.
• Reporting: Keep management updated on all activity, including calls made, leads generated, and placement status.

Performance Expectations (KPIs)

This is a target-driven role. You will be expected to maintain the following metrics:

• Monthly Interview Target: Minimum 12 interviews arranged.
• Monthly Placement Target: Minimum 3 placements filled; with a goal of 5.

Compensation & Working Environment

• Salary: 60,000 – 70,000 PKR per month.
• Commission: Lucrative commission structure (payable after 3-month probation/build-up period, subject to meeting minimum placement targets).
• Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM.
• Location: Bahadurabad.
